Terrible experience. Last year I took my child to this facility to be evaluated for autism. At first things seemed great, great communication and friendly staff. The evaluation was preformed and everything seemed good. I waited for the call to set up a virtual appointment to go over the results, I get the call and they tell me that my insurance has denied covering it and they tell me to call my insurance or pay. Doesn't answer the phone or return calls or emails. I've been reaching out since 9/12/25
Dr. Mason is a wonderful doctor and incredibly respectful. All around good man. I would highly recommend RCF!
We had a very supportive and wonderful experience! Dr. Mason and his staff was very friendly, patient, & informative, leaving us feeling welcomed and supported throughout each interaction and office visit.
It has been a great experience for our family. Finding doctor Mason has been an answer to our prayer. He when out his way to make an appointment for us, and has been really helpful providing answers to our questions and giving us more information of how to better understand and manage our son Troy’s behavior
