This place is the best! Melanie is AMAZING!!! You will leave here not only feeling relaxed, but your body will feel completely reset and aligned. Could not recommend this place enough! A true hidden gem in Huntersville!
I have been going to Resilience at least once a month for the last 1.5 years. Sami is my regular therapist and is FANTASTIC. She uses different tools & modalities (cupping, hot stones, Gua Sha, etc) depending how my body is feeling. The other therapists are also wonderful and they each have different techniques and offer personalized sessions. Lots of thoughtful touches from decor, to massage tables, to general atmosphere.
