I'm so grateful to have found this clinic. I was really struggling until I started therapy with Resilience Psychotherapy. Dr. Nijjar's open, compassionate and thoughtful approach created a space where I felt heard and felt comfortable exploring my thoughts and feelings. She guided me over our sessions to better understand myself and my relationships. This was the first time I felt therapy making a significant impact on other aspects of my life. I highly recommend Resilience!
I recommend this clinic to all the friends and family. I was supported by Dr. Nijjar and her team while living in Vancouver. The level of care was outstanding. I left with a clear understanding of myself and my needs and all the tools I needed to navigate the ups and downs of life. I highly recommend the comprehensive assessmentservice.
I was lucky enough to be able to take the Mindful Self-Compassion course through Resilience Psychotherapy this past autumn. Dr. Nijjar and her skilled team hold a uniquely balanced, safe and open space for people to dig in and be introspective with their challenges — while also providing a range of accessible, easy to use tools that really work on cultivating deep self-compassion. I honestly use the techniques on the daily. Highly recommended to anyone, at any point on their healing journey.
