Single provider in the office, means no one else to cover during absence. Monday thru Thursday only and usually only 10 - 4. Refuses to provide service at her will.

After waiting over four months on their waitlist, I called to check to see if my name had moved up and to inquire when they "thought" they may be able to see me. I was told, at that time, that I was dropped from the waiting list! When I asked why, they lied and told me that I was dropped because they no longer take my insurance ~ then I heard the real reason, from my insurance company, that it was not the case and that they are simply refusing treatment for me ~ No phone call, No explanation...... We really enjoyed Dr. Carlberg. She was abrupt. She was right to the point...no sugar coding it and she is exactly what we needed and she said exactly what we needed to here. Our one appt will change the way we parent from here on out. We are thankful for the appt we had with her.
