A friend recommended Sam to me and I am so grateful for the recommendation and Sam's healing abilities. I have been working for years to address numerous issues throughout my body and have been hearing the same frustrating message over and over from other practitioners with little to no improvement. While what I'm dealing with is not going to be solved overnight, I finally feel like I have met a practitioner that is knowledgeable about the human body, adept at reading subtle cues that the body gives, and is soothing enough ... read more
Sam was a great practitioner to work with. We focused on both deep tissue work as well as integrating movement exercises to help reinforce better movement patterns. I went to him with the hopes of addressing some back pain related to past knee injuries, and the approach Sam took with understanding the bigger picture of compensatory patterns and places where you hold stress really helped to develop awareness to course correct. Highly recommend Sam - his practice stands out among any everyday massage therapist you may encounte... read more

The moniker doesn't do him justice but the effect was that dramatic.... read more
My experience working with Sam has been nothing but positive, He is calm, knowledgeable and incredibly intuitive as to which parts of your body are tight and holding onto tension. I noticed a big difference in my back pain after my first session with him, he was able to relax my pelvis/sacrum and showed me some useful movements to continue to relieve tension and restore function. He also wasn't hesitant to discuss or suggest other forms of therapy that might help. Whether you've tried Cranio-Sacral or Therapeutic massage bef... read more
I went to Sam’s practice with neck pains due to a possible whiplash while falling from a ladder. Chiropractic technics were more painful than anything, so a therapist friend of mine found him and told me to go. Best advice ever! Sam is in the top three therapists in my book. And I’ve seen quite a few, due to my adrenaline junkie personality. :) He has restored balance my neck in a couple of sessions, restored my wrist in one, and my lower back. I very highly recommend him, if you want gentle therapy. Now one thing you must k... read more
