5-stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend Resilience Mental Health. Liz is a compassionate and knowledgeable counselor. She has helped me through past trauma, allowing me to become a better and happier person. Her warmth and strength will allow you to overcome struggles that you may have from your past, while also helping you with the anxiety encountered in daily life. There is simply a wonderful calmness about her that lets you know things will be okay.
Liz helped me though one of the toughest times of my life. I was dealing with panic attacks due to many types of abuse as a child. She helped me process everything and I have been able to function again. It is an everyday process, but she helped me get where I am today. Thank you Mrs. Pilster.
