An amazing program for kids which helps them develop their social and emotional skills in a calm and friendly environment. As a volunteer I’ve been a witness to seeing the positive changes Resilience Kit has had on children and I would highly recommend this program to parents/guardians for their children - you’ll be surprised how much of a difference small changes and developments can make in a child’s life!
Resilience Kit provides an amazingly supportive and educational experience for parents and kids. The content is all evidence-based and there is so much research behind it. Gemma and her staff are all really lovely and fun. The kids love it!
My son loved attending and always walked out relaxed and happy with himself. He's learnt different ways of describing feelings and situations which has helped break down the lack of communication from him. Thankyou so much Gemma your calm presence and caring nature along with ur flexibility to our situation was priceless xx
I volunteered for Resilience Kit during the holiday program and I had a pleasant experience. As volunteers we had an induction to support our qualifications. A very professional and engaging service, a great opportunity to help children/youth to develop lifelong mental health and positive thinking skills.
