I filled out their new client intake forms from Treneka which included my credit card information. Then, never heard back from her. I reached out via email a couple weeks later and did not hear back. This started on 7/22; it's now 8/14 and I've yet to hear any updates from them.
We have nothing bad to say about this office. We were scheduled the week after calling and have a great therapist. Love the ease of always having the same appointment slot every week.
We called and left several messages and never received a call back. When we did call and someone answered we made an appointment, but it had to be with a counselor other than the one we were interested in. The person we spoke with said they would send us the bio on the new counselor, but we never received it. The day before our appointment we got a call asking to move the appointment later in the day because the counselor wasn't available at 8am, the time they gave us. So we moved the time to 9:30.
