Working with Alicia was fantastic. I would highly recommend Alicia and Resilience Counseling. Alicia was attentive, empathetic, and gave great counsel. Initially I was a little anxious and nervous to speak to her, but she made me feel comfortable and put me at ease rather quickly. This counseling service was extremely disorganized and added more stress instead of support. At one point, I had different people from the same company, texting and calling me all the time about the same administrative issue, which felt chaotic and unprofessional. The first provider I was matched with spent more time talking about herself and took inaccurate notes about me, including recording information that was simply not true. Alicia has been amazing to work with. Sometimes it can be difficult to find therapist who you feel comfortable and supported by. Alicia makes for a safe space, while listening and giving feedback and helpful tools to help in your healing journey. I’ve been to a lot of counselors and she’s one of the best I’ve worked with.
Hi, unfortunately, it wasn’t successful. They sent me a link from my email and text message said it was going through HMSa online care and then when I spoke to the doctor, she said it wasn’t so the link they sent me obviously wasn’t successful and I don’t understand why I have proof on my phone as well and sent her to Text messages showing that I’ve tried like three times Very disappointing
