A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! These people will go dark on you for days including the day before and of your “closing date”. Requested several extensions for their inspection period which we believe was a ploy as they had no funding. We ultimately did not close because their funding “fell through” but they kept stringing us along with promises of closing soon.
