Recently purchased a house with BROWN and HARD well water. The water was staining the sinks, tub and was very unsightly. My wife and myself did not want to shower in this water and needed a solution ASAP. Billy inspected the current softener and filteration system that was in place and found that they were improperly installed and failing, which required replacement. Bill is the most honest and knowledgeable person when it comes to water treatment. I've had problems for the last year with a new Iron Filter and a rebuilt Water Softener and couldn't contact the original installer. Found out he is out of business and had bad reviews from the Better Business Bureau. I read the reviews on Bill and thought I would give him a call. He was out that same afternoon.
