They definitely try to sneak the title insurance authorization into the stack of 900 signatures you're already signing. They don't review it, try to sell you on it, etc, unless you catch it and ask questions. Pay attention! Even after I caught it and said i didn't want it, he said "go ahead and sign anyways and I'll make a note that you don't want it." I don't recommend using them.
