I will never work with this company. As I was on the phone with Cameron explaining my situation and trying to give him my business, he decided to be unprofessional and disrespectful. I will make sure to let the real estate agent that referred me to him does not recommend Residential Structures to anymore else.
I am an NC contractor and used this firm 5 or 6 years ago and they did a good job. Not sure what has changed recently. I can not get them to return my calls or emails. I have one job for them and another referral to a client of mine. I am not a difficult person and have not said or did anything offputting. Maybe you will have better luck concerning communication.
These guys are lovely to work with. I had a small job (broken roof truss) that needed drawn out and i struggled to find someone who would entertain my query and give me a transparent answer on what it would cost to have someone come out. Patrick showed up exactly when he said he would, charged me exactly what he said he would, and gave me exactly what i needed. I have been using Kevin and his team for almost 10 years now. The level of service and communication is always outstanding. I can't say enough about the communication. Things happen fast in the construction industry, and Residential Structures goes above and beyond for any issue that might pop up from time to time.
