Residential Specialist did an amazing job on our deck. We could not be happier. We wanted composite decking with a modern look and a connection between our upper deck and lower pool deck with stairs in between. They brought our vision to life. After 40 years it was finally time to replace our aging vinyl siding. We went with Residential Specialists. Their crew was very efficient and tidy when it came to removing the old siding. The same can be said about the installation of the new siding. It’s not just about slapping new siding on the house. Residential Specialist were a pleasure to work with! I appreciate that they did everything they said they'd do, and when they said they'd do it. They were also very prompt in answering my questions. I hired Residential Specialist for a two-phase project. First, they constructed a portico (roof) over my new front door. Soon thereafter they wrapped my house with vinyl siding. Danny's workmanship was first rate and exceeded my expectations. I'd hire these people again in a heartbeat if I had to do it all over again.
