Craig and his crew did an excellent job repairing wood rot areas on the exterior of our home. Everyone was exceptionally nice and eager to please us. They were punctual/dependable, and, Craig stayed with his original bid so there were no "surprises" at the end. We highly recommend Residential Solutions.

Residential Solutions took care of staining our large 6 foot privacy fence. We had it installed about a year ago - I was worried that some of the dirt and wear from the past year would affect the finished look, but they took great care to power wash and prep the wood extensively before staining. The entire process from our initial quote, scheduling, and payment was seamless and they are very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them again!
