We hired Residential Solutions to power wash and stain our deck and couldn’t be happier with the results. They were professional and punctual. The power wash made a huge difference, and the stain application was clean and even throughout. Our deck looks brand new. Fair pricing and quality work from start to finish. We will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone in the KC area looking for deck staining!

We used Residential Solutions for wood rot repair where an old deck was taken down in our backyard. Everyone we encountered was wonderful! It was easy to get a quote and Craig kept me informed along the way with timeline and work progress. All of the employees were great as well with their professionalism, skills, and work ethic. They were meticulous in their work and did a great job replacing all our wood rot and then painting. You can’t even tell the difference between the lower half that work was done and upper half with... read more

If you want it done right the first time, hire residential siding and solutions. They are extremely professional, courteous, thorough, responsive. They do excellent work and take pride in what they do. We have had them do multiple properties and will never use someone else. Cannot say enough good things about them.

He identified damage areas in the siding and trim boards that needed to be addressed. His bid provided details on each of the proposed repairs and on the paint projec... read more

We were extremely pleased with the wood-rot and siding repairs provided by Residential Solutions. Communicating with Coby was exceptional, from our initial meeting with him, throughout the actual project, and after the project was completed. Terrific workmanship. The crew-members were punctual, hard-working, and respectful of ourselves and our property. We highly recommend Residential Solutions and working with its owner, Coby.
