Would not recommend. The paint doesn't match the back of the house, they had said they could get a new can of paint for the trim and didn't. They instead used a can of old paint. Also, right after they began work I received a call stating they didn't see an area of wood rot at the time of the estimate and that was going to cost an additional $1,000. Craig and his crew did an excellent job repairing wood rot areas on the exterior of our home. Everyone was exceptionally nice and eager to please us. They were punctual/dependable, and, Craig stayed with his original bid so there were no "surprises" at the end. We highly recommend Residential Solutions. Residential Solutions power washed, replaced some siding, and painted the exterior of our home. They provide superior quality workmanship. Coby is very easy to work with, and provided a very reasonable price for the value received. If we need any of the services provided by Residential Solutions in the future, we'll contact Coby first.
Craig and his team made our house exterior look fantastic. We've received compliments from our neighbors on how good the new paint job looks. His price is very reasonable, and he is easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
