We hired Residential Solutions to power wash and stain our deck and couldn’t be happier with the results. They were professional and punctual. The power wash made a huge difference, and the stain application was clean and even throughout. Our deck looks brand new. Fair pricing and quality work from start to finish. We will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone in the KC area looking for deck staining!

Great company to work with, the owner was very personable and friendly. Great communication, the workers were respectful of our space and got the job done quickly and was done well. After the job was complete an inspection was done by the owner to make sure it was to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Residental Solutions to others looking for home improvement.

Like all homeowners finding a competent contractor is difficult. I recently had my home exterior painted and requested a bid from my prior painter and a new company that I found advertised in the Johnson County Home Magazine. Craig Anderson, Residential Solutions, (who I had not met previously) met me at my home and did a very thorough review of my project. We were extremely pleased with the wood-rot and siding repairs provided by Residential Solutions. Communicating with Coby was exceptional, from our initial meeting with him, throughout the actual project, and after the project was completed. Terrific workmanship. Would not recommend. The paint doesn't match the back of the house, they had said they could get a new can of paint for the trim and didn't. They instead used a can of old paint. Also, right after they began work I received a call stating they didn't see an area of wood rot at the time of the estimate and that was going to cost an additional $1,000.
