We hired Residential Solutions to power wash and stain our deck and couldn’t be happier with the results. They were professional and punctual. The power wash made a huge difference, and the stain application was clean and even throughout. Our deck looks brand new. Fair pricing and quality work from start to finish. We will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone in the KC area looking for deck staining!

We were extremely pleased with the wood-rot and siding repairs provided by Residential Solutions. Communicating with Coby was exceptional, from our initial meeting with him, throughout the actual project, and after the project was completed. Terrific workmanship. The crew-members were punctual, hard-working, and respectful of ourselves and our property. We highly recommend Residential Solutions and working with its owner, Coby.

Craig and his crew did an excellent job repairing wood rot areas on the exterior of our home. Everyone was exceptionally nice and eager to please us. They were punctual/dependable, and, Craig stayed with his original bid so there were no "surprises" at the end. We highly recommend Residential Solutions. Now, 3 months later, we had Residential Solutions return to seal our one year old deck. Craig worked with us to make sure we got the color and quality sealer we wanted. Would not recommend. The paint doesn't match the back of the house, they had said they could get a new can of paint for the trim and didn't. They instead used a can of old paint. Also, right after they began work I received a call stating they didn't see an area of wood rot at the time of the estimate and that was going to cost an additional $1,000. Residential Solutions power washed, replaced some siding, and painted the exterior of our home. They provide superior quality workmanship. Coby is very easy to work with, and provided a very reasonable price for the value received. If we need any of the services provided by Residential Solutions in the future, we'll contact Coby first.
