The first time they came out was good. Then had to have them back out for an alarm. The air pump was bad. That's when the problems started. They changed the show up time several times causing me to miss my appointments. I'm on the plan where if something goes wrong it should be cheaper to fix. They wanted $850 for a new blower. I got it for $450 to the house myself. They had left some stuff at my house. I asked them to come get it. They charged me a service call to pick up the stuff they left. Very professional, service person Jerry was very polite and informative.
Our tech, Jason, was very professional, informative and efficient during the job on our property. I was able to understand the repairs that needed to be done & the cost, as Jason explained it clearly to me. I would highly recommend Residential Sewage to others.
