Bob of Residential Services had completed an amazing project which included a stone bridge in our neighborhood. It looks magical. My husband and I reached out to him to expand our cart turnaround area by the lake and to build a safety wall to keep us from ending up in the lake. We submitted our ideas to Bob. With the rising fuel prices, finding fair prices on mulch AND getting it delivered to our home in Walhalla was a challenge! After calling every mulch place I could find, it was a breath of fresh air to find Residential Services. They not only had quality mulch at a fair price, their delivery fee was reasonable as well! The driver showed up on time, was kind enough to drop our mulch in two locations on our property as well! I will definitely do business with Residential Services again!
Do NOT do business with this company. The owner has no morals or respect for anyone. He sent a threatening letter in the mail to say he was going to put a lean on my property for materials that was left unpaid by a contractor. Which LEGALLY he cannot do. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY WORK DONE AT MY HOUSE. IT WAS MY NEIGHBOR!! I ASKED HIM HOW HE GOT MY NAME AND ADDRESS HE TOLD ME HE GOT IT BY LOOKING IN MY MAIL BOX AND READING MY MAIL!!!
