I had minor wood rot in side wall and floor of mobile home. Initial consultation/estimate was very promising and good. They came out on a Sunday to do work and I was impressed with their work attitude and I was convinced they would do a good job so I paid them in advance since I had to leave to go to work myself and my wife would be there for the rest of the day.
