I started trash service with Best Trash over a year ago. They charged me a $90 deposit for a second trash can. They reached out to me last week saying I need to give them back the second trash can because customers are only allowed to have one. They said that because their billing system changed in June of 2025, they can not find my invoice where they charged me $90 for the second can. Totally Incompetent Management. They just throw your trash bins anyway/ anywhere & don’t care they are also rude I’m not a child don’t talk to me any kind of way , the recycling been couldn’t fit all my boxes in the trash bin so I place them Nicely on against the trash bins . They go the regular trash but left the boxes . Mind you they just threw my trash bins it was laying on the ground . Too bad there’s not a zero star option. They should be named worst Trash instead of best. They raise their rates four times in the last two years. But yeah, they do not increase their service or their customer service. They break your trashcan, they forget to pick up your trash, they leave trash on the ground, where they spilled it and don’t bother to pick it up. And if you’re late paying your Trash bill because they emailed it to you and you don’t see it then they charge you a late fee and a reconnection fee. It’s quite rid... read more

Business broke my trash can handle, asked them for support and they just said it was my problem and then said I could buy one from them. I then inquired if they broke their own trash can would they repair / replacement and never got an answer. That on top of bad service I am going to look else where.
