This has to be the shittiest trash company I’ve ever come in contact with!!! You can’t ever get anyone on the phone, you have to submit a contact form then no one ever reaches out! If customers weren’t forced to have business with them through their HOA, they’d definitely be out of business!! Their recycling is supposed to run on Mondays but half the time they don’t even show!! So my can has been at the road for days now. And this isn’t the first time!
I've requested a replacement or exchange of my trash can on the website several times, but I still haven't received a response. I went to the office, where they checked to see if there was a repair or replacement, and that hasn't happened either. And so, I've been making requests for a replacement for more than five or six months now, a container that's causing me pollution problems. Animals are crawling through the holes in the broken container.
These guys are idiots. You put your cans directly in front of your house. The next morning they end up three houses over in either direction. They probably do it on purpose so that you report your trash cans lost and then charge you for new ones.
I don't have this service but for the last two weeks at least, the guys jump off the truck and pee right off the road in plain sight. Today, they didn't cause we were standing out there watching to see what they'd do. Our houses are in wooded area but there are still people, including women and children around.
I would take my own garbage to the dump prior to ever using this awful company again. Their customer service is nonexistent because you can't ever get through to them on the phone. They buy other garbage companies and change policies without prior knowledge or consent of their customers. They randomly leave the garbage bins full whenever they don't feel like emptying them, I guess. And they don't send payment reminders or invoices prior to charging, even after it is requested.
