Absolutely awful. Needs to be renamed worst trash. So far since we moved there should have been 7 pickups. They've come twice, and only because I called that they missed us. Ridiculous. Online chat feature doesn't work, so I call numerous times per week only be #19 in queue. They tell me they're gonna escalate it.. but nothing changes.
I really like them when they were Residential Trash. We got in a financial bind and they help us with are bill. Now Best Trash not only raised our bill (with no notice) but hit us with a $25.00 late fee when we were a week late. Called to find why there was a $25,00 charge and lady on phone was rude. Sorry not best in my book. June 2 2026 Everyday they leave my trash can in the road. They cannot walk two feet and put in the grass. I have to go out and move it.
Our neighborhood off spring cypress in Tomball changed to this trash company a couple years back and the experiences have been HORRIBLE since they started. Repeatedly EVERY WEEK they leave trash in the bins and don’t pick up everything. Today I woke up 15 minutes after the recycling came by and they again left bags. This company is absolute trash. You can’t chat with anyone bc their page gives an error message. Takes hours to get anyone on the phone. Their employees fail to pick up trash that’s surround the trash cans (even their website states that they do). But we have no choice but to use them because our HOA has it included with our MDS water bill.
Best Trash is the absolute worst trash service I have ever encountered in 49 yrs. They throw the bins around, bust the wheels off repeatedly, the dumpsters are always in their side. When they bust off a wheel; they don’t put it back on. And then when you call for a new can. It will take over 3 weeks to get a new can and we’re told to use garbage bags instead for now.
