Called yesterday to rectify issue with trash pickup. called around 4:15 and never spoke to anyone. Waited until after 5 in the hopes they would be dedicated enough to their customers to address issues of anyone still in cue. I was wrong. I assume they stop answering at 5pm. Called this morning (9/4) and as of 8:09 no one is answering the phones. I had a card expire, updated billing on portal last Friday, and they've not been picking up my trash. Terrible service. very disappointed with the service I never received an email that there was a new owner however they took my payment and in July they no longer picked up my trash I called many times there is no option to leave a voicemail after 2 weeks they returned my call the customer service person very rude and unprofessional talking over me without listening to my problem first I asked her on more than 2 occasions to let me explain my problem she never listened to me I told her that I was not informed that there were new owners and tha... read more

I just want to say that Taj is a true gem. I live in FB 30 (something she educated me on) and I kept missing trash days and couldn’t understand why. Well, in about 5 minutes or less she solved my mystery. My bin was filled with grass 🤷‍♀️. That 263926492 hour hold time was worth the weight. Tell Taj to enjoy her birthday in Mexico lol thanks Best trash.
