This is the second replacement I’ve requested due to the employees breaking my trash can. I was told I’d have my replacement taken care of within 2 weeks. It’s now almost 4 weeks later and I still do not have the replacement. Madysin Leighton Is the rep I’ve been in touch with and now I’m requesting a supervisor to help resolve this. I received a text saying my replacement was scheduled for 9/25, but was not completed, and no other texts since then.
Skips me at least 3 times a month .they broke both my trash cans
Probably the worst trash company to date. If you can choose someone else, please do. These people are hot garbage. Customer service is even worse. Nothing about this company is "best". I wish they would go outta buisness. Id pay double to another company if I had the option, sadly only these people exist. Again, stay away if you dont want trash to build up.
I’ve tried calling and complaining about them returning our trash cans to the middle of the street or literally the middle of our driveways in Woodlane Forest but nothing ever changes. Every single week. Same thing.
No pick ups I called the day before and literally saw truck drive-by at 621. That will be the third Miss pick up in two months
