“best trash” more like the WORST TRASH
Not only have they broken our trash can but today they didn't empty it fully. I watched as they picked up the garbage bags from a neighbor's trash can instead of picking it up and dumping it. When I went to move ours low and behold there was a bag of trash left. Ridiculous!
The worst company. Do not follow pick up schedule, pick and choose when and what trash they want to pick up. Customer services doesn't care when you contact them to correct issue. They know how to send correct monthly bill but they do not want to reduce a bill for missing pick ups.
When I moved to my new home, I contacted Best Trash asking for information and pricing. The customer service rep gave me incorrect information, then changed it. When I asked for clarification, he was rude and disconnected the chat.
