These people make deals they do not honor. They accepted our offer and then negotiated with other people and used Orr offer to jack up the price and didn't give us an option to counter. They are the problem with greed and real estate. We believe they terminated the deal because our Christian values and my status as a disabled veteran. We wrote a letter explaining ourselves and I believe they had issues with the facts about us.

Please if I could only see one person stay away from this company. It has cost thousands of dollars and they did not one thing for us but delay our payments which got added onto the end anyways. I could’ve done that to our own mortgage company. Has literally taken almost 8 months and I am right back to the same monthly payment. Please please please save yourself the Hardik

If i could give this company 0 stars i would! Originally the property I’m renting was managed by a local company. I would say maybe 6 months after moving in RMS took over as management, and i immediately knew it was going to be a problem. I would give them a 0 if I could, this place is a rip off, you shouldn't have to pay someone to change your mortgage rate and payment,!!! I'm going after a refund, right after I report them to the athoritires
