Dealing with Residential Mortgage Services (RMS) was the worst experience ever. Because of them, we almost lost our house deal!! They (Lorena Parra and Kristine Egan who to begin with lock customer service skills among other things) were very disorganized, didn't communicate clearly, asked more than once for the same documentation which we had to provided several times.
