Karen Deerlin companies operates over 4 locations just in Lancaster and they all have chargers. We’ve never had any issues at any location. I’m assuming you mean only current customers? We’ve bought three properties with Guild but now - never again! It’s sad when folks don’t learn to share as kids. Grow up to be miserable adults who take time out of their day to do things like this. Guild Mortgage was fantastic! Communication was great and our questions were answered in a timely manner. They were friendly and never acted like my question was not important. I would highly recommend them!
As a widow and a first time home buyer I used to think that these folks knew what they were doing. Every time that I make a complaint I'm always at fault. The mortgage lender even earns awsrds for her behavior. I now wished that I would have never purchased this home for me or my kids. For those of you who have been treated nice more power to you because I haven't been treated well at all.
This is one of the first critical reviews I have written and hopefully won't have to do another one in a long time. Guild let us down in a big way that led to one of my worst days I can remember. The only reason I didn't work with the best mortgage guy around (Tom Kowalchik) is because we were building a house and a discount was offered for using the preferred lender.
