While I was in Estero I called this company and left a message with the operator (I think its was a phone service) but non the less they never returned my call. On Tuesday 3 days later I sent an email requesting a call back AND still no reply. Imagine the service and support one will receive if they can not even return a call. Hope they learn from this review.

I had a few items going wrong in my home. I called, the next day Mike and the RMS team showed up 7:30 am and delivered excellent service. I had a few plumbing concerns and a hot water tank that went out. I will always recommend them to everyone. The kind of service the team provided was above and beyond best I have had. Mike and his team from my family. Thank You.

On behalf of Mr.Burgio, I had an excellent time working with the RMS team. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and always willing to help. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this business to others.
