Mike is superb. Returned call quickly, got on an expeditious timeline and was accomplished quickly and precisely. Highly proficient in any repairs or house project you can imagine.
My front load washer would not discharge and was putting an error code that the discharge pump was not working. I sent Mike the model number and he brought a new pump and installed it for me the next day. Excellent customer service. Very easy to deal with and very responsive. Called these guys to hang a huge flatscreen in my office just outside Rapid City. I wanted to have a 2nd power outlet high on the wall behind the tv. It needed to be done after business hours. They came same day met me in the evening and did all the work perfectly. One little paint chip where they were pulling the new wire in the wall but Mike took the rectangle he cut out to paint match the color and returned the next day to touch up a small spot the size of HALF a dime.
