Poor, poor service. We had ongoing issues with the roof that took far too long to address, and even after more than a year, the issue was never properly rectified. When we moved out, they kept our entire bond, which I find absolutely absurd. The property was left clean, with the only real issue being a few marks on the floor in the front room. If you're renting through them, don't count on getting your bond back! Very disappointing experience overall.

From a tenant’s perspective, my elderly mum has had a terrible experience with a property manager at this agency. Communication has been consistently poor—short, rude, and lacking empathy during an already stressful time. For personal reasons we had to break the lease, and after that point we received no updates for weeks.
