I was inquiring about buying a multi family property here, Albert Drake was incredibly rude. The assistant that returned my call via text (a week later) was confusing and never told me their name or where they were calling from. I was told the property that was posted on their website was not for sale, then it was for sale but not currently. When I got junk mail from this company I immediately thought about the fact that wall street and big hedge funds are starting to own more residential properties in the US, and they have real estate firms like RIA to do that for them. This waste of paper I got in the mail says they "represent buyers and sellers". I wonder who those folks are. I don't know honestly, but this sure seems suspicious.
