Russ and his team renovated a small, windowless bathroom in our 1890s house. Throughout the process he listened, was communicative, flexible (for example, doing the demolition while we were away for a few days), found creative solutions to dealing with the problems that inevitably arise when working in an old house, gave helpful suggestions on scope and more minor decisions, and kept disruptions to a minimum.
