I can not begin to explain how TERRIBLE it was working with this company for the last year. I started working with Realfi around May. I had an accepted offer on a home and the appraisal came back low which made no sense based on the comps in the area. I’m told that the appraisals constantly come in unfairly low for company realfi associates with. We submitted additional comps for review and the company took over 3 weeks to respond. A true blessing in disguise! We worked closely with Christine Frye and her team for almost a year. If I went into details on how my real estate experience was, you would think I was making it up. To make a long story short, we quickly found buyers to sell our home. That deal fell through when the buyers never showed up to closing.
