I live on a private road that is kept up by three houses. We spend a lot of money on crushed asphalt and have it rolled down to keep it smooth. Their large truck uses our road as a turnaround spot. No one here has this service. It drives down to our cul-de-sac several times a week. This leaves a rut, causing rain water to detour in the rut causing us issues. I’ve used this company for 20 plus years . in the last few months it’s been awful! Never ever had a problem getting my trash can emptied . I will be in the market for another company. Household trash and fits in the can should be picked up !

I had been with them for almost 11 years and in them 11 years I have never had issues. When I call, the same lady I always speak with has always been nice to me and one time was even sympathetic to my loss which caused me to be behind because of a sudden death of my son the first year we moved in. When I have called about setting something out, I always got a call back. So I'm not sure why these reviews is negative, and rating so low because I highly recommend them to be your garbage disposal company.
