Customer service sucks.Been trying to get somebody on the phone for 2 days now. I have used this company for over 10 years
Residential Garbage has been picking up our garbage for 24 years. Always excellent work.
Called to get a quote for residential trash pickup. Gave them my address and all the information they needed and they said they’ll start my pickup on Thursday. Thursday came and they did not get my trash. Called and no one answered. Two weeks went by & no pickup. Called them back again and that’s when they tell me that they cannot pickup in my area because I am too far out. So I went 3 weeks without trash pickup due to their lack of service and communication.
