I had been with them for almost 11 years and in them 11 years I have never had issues. When I call, the same lady I always speak with has always been nice to me and one time was even sympathetic to my loss which caused me to be behind because of a sudden death of my son the first year we moved in. When I have called about setting something out, I always got a call back. So I'm not sure why these reviews is negative, and rating so low because I highly recommend them to be your garbage disposal company.
Cannot get ahold of anyone. Seems like the only way to get through to anyone is by leaving a review.
Customer service sucks.Been trying to get somebody on the phone for 2 days now. I have used this company for over 10 years
Residential Garbage has been picking up our garbage for 24 years. Always excellent work.
