We ordered a specific amount of oil. While we were not home, 50 gallons more than we authorized were delivered and then charged us for it. We were first charged for the agreed-upon amount and then charged again for the additional oil we did not order. My husband called to address this, and we were told there was “nothing they could do” and that a refund was not possible. Great rates! Same day delivery!
I have been using RFS for a few years now. They always offer a great price (one of the lowest in my area) and quick delivery. A couple of days ago, I ran out of oil. I called up and, even though they had a packed schedule that day, delivered same day to get me up and running. Exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend!
