RFS was the 8th call today when indeed i should have been my 1st the only company that was able to deliver oil on friday not monday 🙃
The website is misleading with prices listed. There are two prices with *. One for automatic fuel customers and the other for I'm not sure. Anyway, I felt bait and switch but shame on me for not grilling the person on the phone when I placed the order because she said the posted price could not be guaranteed due to market conditions. I get that but the price went down 4 cents between when I placed the order and time of delivery and I got charged 10 cents / gallon higher than the higher price on web site. We have been using RFS for our oil deliveries for about 2 years. Their customer service and quick delivery service has always been outstanding. Today on a Christmas Eve my husband realized that we were almost out! (Holiday running around and colder temps 🤦♀️ ) He called in and was informed that delivery would be scheduled for Thursday(48 hrs). He explained the situation and was informed that they will try to squeeze in delivery today….RFS came through not only within 4 hours but also on Xmas Eve!! We THANK YOU so much! Fro... read more
