Billy Mendoza was awesome, very knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. It was a simple Job and his recommendation was spot on and fixed quickly. I was very impressed and offered to pay for his services and time. He said it was not necessary since it was a quick fix. Now that is impressive in today’s age. He is my go to electrician now! Great company to work with. Communication is great--they communicate via phone, text, or email. I prefer text since I can respond when I can when at work, but Billy called to set up the appointment and talk about the work that needed to be done and price. I had a Tesla Wall Connector installed and they gave me a competitive price--they even checked to make sure whether or not I needed a permit from the City of Houston. I did find another company that would have done it for a lower price, but RES's service and professionalism... read more

Called a couple of places last year when I started having issues with my lights and Billy was the only one who asked about house history and made suggestions about fixing the issue. Turns out it was just a case of bad brand new bulbs and I didn’t need an electrician but I certainly remember Billy from this experience. So of course I called Billy when my outlet went bad and needed replacing and of course Billy being Billy once again made suggestions about diagnosing whether it was the freezer or outlet that went bad.
