I was in the office and a customer was yelling and screaming at the lady working in the office (Tina) I felt so sorry for her it’s was not a pretty thing! The service we had was good too me and even though that lady was getting yelled at she did not take a smile off her face!

This was the first time i’ve ever rented a storage unit and i thought it was going to be something of a headache. I showed up and Jordan was working. First of all, the office was very clean and welcoming. Jordan greeted me right away and answered all the questions i had, and broke down how everything works. He personally took me to the unit, showed me how the gate and key system works, and we closed the deal.
