We decided to start the process of buying a new home in August of 2020, and we put our trust into one of the Residential Bancorp "branch managers" here in Colorado by the name of Kathleen **********. We chose to go with her because she made us aware that she would do everything in her power to get us the best loan possible. We trusted her with that.
