After continuous lack of follow up from the account manager, literaly required constant calling, emailing and a million hoops to jump through I was given the okay to close. Upon trying to get the closing date suddenly they said that program was no longer available. Left me and 30 others at the closing table.
So absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism and service from Kelly Haney. Having many mutual friends, I would have expected MUCH better. The level of service received by a close friend of mine should be considered GROSS NEGLIGENCE and as a previous Mortgage Litigation and Licensing Specialist, you can be sure I am going to do everything I can to help my friend find recourse against your negligence that has resulted in GREAT financial harm.
We cannot get the person to call us back and actually have a conversation about our situation. Just silence. No call. No text. Nothing. Tired of being ignored and desperate for help.
