RecommendedJust finished the 3 day fast track training in AZ and it was very good. Gene and his family and the RAL team were great! Lots of great information and the training is well organized and very informative. Everybody on the team is really open to share their stories and experiences. I enjoyed the event and would recommend it to anyone interested in the RAL space.

Gene is a leader and trainer with significant integrity. I looked hard for something to go sideways and just couldn’t find it. Instead, Gene was a guy who picked up leftover water bottles and wouldn’t leave the area a mess where we smoked cigars until late in the evening. Incredible amount of teaching & training! Gene is great at teaching & entertaining you at the same time. It was never boring. All of the people who made presentations were very professional and very personable & caring at the same time. If you are considering RAL don't hesitate another minute....Just Do It! I would not have the motivation I now have to move forward with starting a RAL home that this team has given me. They are filled with knowledge and share it with excitement and professionalism. I think it is perfect deal for persons that do not want to live by them self's and do not want to live with family members. And can have a home a home like feeling. I tried to do that but I couldn't get the support. And the seniors don't feel they are in a institution. I hope to get all the paperwork from you you tried up all lose END
I know if some people who in New Jersey have converted one of their home into one. also on the street where my mom lives there is a resident next door But people has to care about the community that you live in. So if you feel that you can deal with it then do it be safe and have a great night
