I was skeptical about this company because I saw a bad review. I was out of town but the appraiser met my maintenance guy and they worked well together. They were fast in returning the appraisal on what is a relatively difficult property because it's a non-conforming property. The property is three a unit, in two buildings. The appraisal came in perfectly in line with my last appraisal. I could not be happier with the speed, professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend Tom and his company!
