Residential Air's service techs quickly diagnosed the problem with my old unit and proceeded to make the repair. They were very friendly, and they thoroughly explained the problem and their repair activities. However, as it turned out, the freon leak repair on my old unit didn't hold, and Residential provided me with an expensive repair option on my 12-year old unit and two prices for replacement units.
