Eddie and his crew did an outstanding job. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up when promised, quickly identified the issue, and got everything running perfectly. Their pricing was fair, their communication was excellent, and they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I had my AC unit installed by Residential AC & Heating ECi about six months ago, and the entire experience has been excellent. Today I noticed an issue with the system, so I called them — and they showed up the same day. Their technician quickly diagnosed a leak, fixed it right away, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Just like last time, which was over a year ago, Eddie’s techs, Raul and Josh, were very punctual, friendly and professional. They fixed our problem and service-checked both A/C systems very quickly. They also quickly installed a new thermostat that we had purchased a while ago which made a big improvement. I just had Eddie come to do a very small, but critical task. It was a simple air filter change since I have trouble climbing a ladder to get to my filter. Eddie charged a very fair (low) price and came out just to do that small job. I am impressed with how flexible Eddie is to do even small jobs. Most a/c companies charge a lot just to come out for a small job like that and want to require other things be included that I did not need. Not Eddie, he was very practical and economic when I needed it. Highly recommended company.
