We booked a NON smoking room for 2 people and 1 dog. We get here and check in... All is well. Then as we are unloading and about to get in room she starts yelling at us that we cannot have the dog! After much talking my daughter brings her esa paperwork to her and she then made me pay $50 bc I refused to pay $100 and if that wasn't bad enough she made us switch to a "dog" room.
