Horrible company. We hired Lonnie to manage our properties and he did nothing short of run them into the ground and lost us nearly $150,000, which we wouldn't be surprised if he had somewhere. Stay far away from this company.
Resident Properties purchased the building I live in about 5 months ago. I have yet to have anyone return any of my voicemails or emails. I've attempted to contact them many times about leaks in the apartment and information on renewing my lease. Seemingly they have no interest in maintaining their newly acquired property.

**** your request was submitted in May. The gutters are brand new and carry a warranty which we submitted to the gutter company to inspect. They found nothing wrong with the gutters or gutter guards. So we sent a maintenance man who found the window to be in need of new sealing around the frame and some minor damage to the roof. Best property management company in Ohio. Don't nickel and dime you, when they say guaranteed they mean it and not be later charging you for that by calling it an add on value. They put their money where their mouth is by aligning your goals with theirs through a commission structure and performance based pricing. You get a plumbing bill or HVAC bill you actually had a licensed plumber or HVAC person service your property not some handyman who thinks they can fix while the company charge you for professional rates.
