My association with Resident is as a client to one of their personal trainers, Nick Herrera. As an older person getting back into fitness daily, I needed to build my strength and flexibility— literally starting from ground zero. It’s been 1 year this June 24 and I can’t express my gratitude and disbelief of my growth. I will soon be ready to join the classes offered here and I can’t wait. I signed up to do a workout to see if I would like this gym. Got an email back within minutes. Went in the next day at 0530 for a workout. The people were so welcoming the staff was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. I ended up signing up for a membership that same day.
