My association with Resident is as a client to one of their personal trainers, Nick Herrera. As an older person getting back into fitness daily, I needed to build my strength and flexibility— literally starting from ground zero. It’s been 1 year this June 24 and I can’t express my gratitude and disbelief of my growth. I will soon be ready to join the classes offered here and I can’t wait.
