Honest Review| Lived Here for a Year I lived here for a year only because I needed something fast and nearby. These apartments might look nice, but they’re far from “luxury”. There are no real amenities, the pool is tiny, and the office is always closed or unreachable. Maintenance was creepy and unprofessional a tech once told me he could come into my apartment “whenever he’d like.” Totally out of line. You pay for valet trash, but they miss pick-ups. So funny when I first moved in there, the apartments alone were enough to sell it, however initially before the current staff, which by the way is phenomenal, I had some hiccups that kind of detoured my experience. Lisa the manager that followed quickly changing my experience and listen to my needs, she is truly such kind person who cares for the property and its tenants. Their team was really lucky to add her. Following a period of observation, I am pleased to offer the following feedback. Since our move-in on February 1st, the customer service provided by Lisa and Vanessa in the front office has been exceptional. The maintenance team consistently addresses all issues promptly and efficiently. Megan's welcoming demeanor and attentiveness, Chris's courteous and helpful approach, and Robert's consistently positive and professional service have all contributed to a highly positive experience. **Do not rent here** They don’t have enough parking and utilize predatory towing companies to remove vehicles from their parking lot. They do provide parking permits that hang from your rear view mirror but they fail to realize that you can’t have anything hanging from your rearview mirror and operate your vehicle. If you forget to hang your permit one time, they will tow your car. They don’t cross check your plate to see if you live there or not, they just tow you.
After living here for almost two years now my partner and I agree that this is by far the best apartment we have ever had. The apartment: new build with very good quality. We’re in love with the fresh coloring & hardwood floors. Details like the doors even feel nice and heavy (if you’ve lived somewhere not so nice you’ll understand). The bathroom is HUGE.
