I normally do not complete bad reviews. Unless it's an on going problem. The Residence of Gahanna is under new management and the commication is terrible. After being approved, I couldn't reach anyone at the office via phone. Once I finally received answer to my questions it gave me concern. You can't view the apartment until the day you move in. You can't pick your key up until after 12 pm on the move in date. My unit is near a maintenance closet by a sprinkler system. This makes loud vibrating noise in my bedroom. It goes ... read more
