I’ve been living at the Residences of Gahanna Apartment for a little over 2 year now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient—close to public transportation, grocery stores, Easton Town Center and many great restaurants. It’s also surprisingly quiet for being near a high traffic area. This is a great place to live! The apartment was nice and clean when it was first given to us. All the amenities are great! The maintenance crew takes care of any issues on the spot right away. The people in the office are also amazing! The area is really nice. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. The community is nice and respectful. Highly recommend this place!
Nicely updated units! Secure building. Close to shopping/schools/freeway. Offers free Starbucks in the clubhouse! Great neighbors!
I have been here just over a month and I can honestly say this is the best apartment I have had in Columbus. The apartments are updated and nicely appointed. The building is clean and quiet.Brittani the property manager has been so helpful and nice to make sure that I am settled in. Also you can’t beat the area for convenience. I highly recommend.
The floors creak/make terrible noises from upstairs neighbors. You can hear every toilet flush from your neighbor. Toilet leaks and had mold surrounding it after it was “fixed” by the maintenance crew. Electric bills are ridiculously overpriced (paid less renting a 2000 square foot house). Noise/music comes through the floors and walls and the leasing office will not fine or assist in rectifying the situation. If you choose to live here, ensure it’s a 3rd floor apartment.
