Tarryhill Way I love the neighborhood, it's quiet and safe, peaceful. You don't hear any sound from neighbors in your apartment, great walls I guess. Always has parking, love it. The maintenance man is very nice and helpful. The landlord always answers quickly, nice person,,The only thing I wish is that the park had less trees around, it's hiding can't see anything else. I give it 5 stars ??????????
Tarryhill I have mixed feelings about this property. The good things are.... location (near major highways and local businesses). The tenants are nice and the office manager is very nice. And I feel safe. The downsides to living here are. ...the maintenance man seems overworked. The property isn't well maintained. They use laminate flooring in the new apartments (which is coming up and is hard to keep clean). The buildings are old and we have lost heat at some point every winter. Needs updating I've lived here for over 10 years and the new management needs to step up and maintain the property much better than they have been doing. The current landlord on the other hand answers requests quickly.
