Long time resident and I can say in the 6 plus years I have been here, there has been a major decline. * rat, rodent, roach and mold problems in most buildings. * health department has to be contacted often for the overflowing trash at the dumpsters (they will be overflowing for days and weeks) * a large portion of the community without notice is now air bnb. Wish I could give zero stars, limiting registered cars to only 2 cars per household and only 7 visitor parking per month is crazy and for the amount of rent we pay absolutely insane, unfortunately I won’t be renewing my lease here.

Attempting to restrict residents to only 7 visitor days per month is crazy work. If we want to have a visitor every day, we should be able to. We pay plenty of rent and all these crazy fees so why wouldn’t we be able to have unlimited guests? Luckily I won’t be renewing my lease.
