Would give a zero star if allowed. They do not ever have a manager on site. They are always in breach of contract and offer no help to solve anything. There are bugs and rats every where. Maintance dont fix anything properly and half ass it so it breaks again or just isnt fixed at all the first time. I do not recommend staying here.
I had a wonderful tour at Residences at River Park West. The community is beautiful and quiet, which is a plus! Absolute great experience and fantastic customer service. Looking forward to calling this place my home soon!

Hello, I've been looking for a beautiful and peaceful place, but when I arrived at the Residence at River Park West office, Christina was very arrogant. She didn't explain anything to me and was acting very rudely. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with this kind of staff, especially Christina. They should replace the office staff. On Wednesday October 29, 2025 my upstairs neighbors flooded their apartment for the 3rd time. We have made various noise complaints and they continue to stomp and be loud throughout all hours of the day. We have asked a peace officer to speak with them at least twice and the officer put in the report with you guys as well. Additionally, this is the 2nd time we are going without hot water due to them flooding their apartment. We have been without hot water for three days now and last time it was only 2 days.
