Great place to live
My family and I have lived here for over a year. Living here has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is really kind and helpful and friendly. The grounds are really well kept and clean and you can tell that pride is been taken in the up keep of the property. Maintenance always responds quickly and is timely. We have been living in this apartment from last 2 years. It has great location. The people are friendly and the staff is always willing to assist if you have trouble. I appreciate the kind people around my family. I moved here because of good schools, but I am willing to continue even my son goes to college. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.
Residences at Rio has a wonderful location. The office staff is very attentive and the maintenance service is very efficient. I love the pickle ball court and all the amenities. It was a great decision to move here.
