I have lived in many apartments throughout the D M V over the past 30 years and this is definitely the best apartment building that I've lived in. It's not just a great location but inside your apartment you can't hear your neighbors upstairs or downstairs the floors and walls are so solid it's all Concrete Construction. I stayed here for a couple years keeping my house in VA but staying 10 minutes from work. It is very nice nice and pretty well maintained and quiet. The open main living area and kitchen gave a spacious feel and the fireplace was cozy when snowed in.
I had a great experience living at this apartment community. The management team was truly excellent—very kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. Whenever I had a question or needed help, they were always responsive and willing to assist right away. Especially, Michael has been the best person to handle your concern! UPDATE....I wanted to write an update to last year's 5 star review. I had a problem with electrical issues involving my microwave (impacting power to the refrigerator) this past Saturday night, and I needed a quick response so food wouldn't spoil over the weekend. Chavez responded extremely quickly that night, getting the power back to the fridge and and promising to return today (Monday) with a new microwave.
