Gated community with gates always open, oh and entrance gate doesn't even exist and hasn't for months. The HOA fee is 100 and includes yard work, however, you cannot cut your own lawn and if you want to put a fence up, you have to either have a see thru gate or 4ft tall gate so lawn people can look over to see if a dog is in the yard....so basically, no privacy, anyone can walk by and look over. Never seen any inspectors out there, saw issues and took pictures, next week they covered them up and insured 13 plus inspections w... read more
