My lovely wife and I started renting here in 2008 before anyone even looked at this place. Many times lights were off and we had notices about not sure how going to continue but we loved it. Well it was reasonable, lovely, we had reserved parking with option to buy across the street and wonderful incentives. Fast forward to 2015 and it is not at all worth it. Our rent keeps increasing called "market value". Well I am in the mortgage industry and this would hold in Philadelphia or Washington DC but not Wilmington, Delaware.... read more
