Our leasing agent was awesome. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made moving into our new place way easier than we expected. He really took care of everything and made sure we were all set. Really appreciate Alex and Aaron, definitely recommend!
I lived in the Halle Building for 2 years and can't say enough good things about it! Great units, central location, and the people who work for the building are the best. The building manager Alex is the best guy and has put together such an awesome staff. For example we would put in a maintenance request at 9 a.m. when we got to work and it would be done by the time we got home. Loved living here and can't recommend it enough!
I love my spacious and beautiful 1-bedroom apartment. Living right next to Heinen's is a huge bonus, and the gym in the basement of the building is incredibly convenient. I thought parking would be an issue downtown, but the parking garage connected via the basement tunnel is easy and there is ample parking even on Guardians game days. We stayed in a rental room for an overnight and it was a fantastic experience. The host did a terrific job with explaining how to access the building entry code and room code. The room was incredibly spacious and very modern updates with excellent access to many downtown hot spots! Highly recommended!
As a new apartment tenant as of a few days, I have had an excellent experience here. This is a luxury apartment complex with numerous amenities to match. One thing that does set it apart from other similar complexes is very attentive management. Alex, the building manager is extremely personable and attentive to his tenants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking into it.
