We just recently moved into the Residences at Halle. Alex, Tracy and their staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming to us. This is a big transition for us , but they have made is so smooth with their exceptional service, warmth and kindness. We love our apartment. It was presented to us in excellent condition. We feel very safe and secure in the building and Chuck worked with our movers beautifully. I have just moved back to Cleveland and Alex and his team at the Halle have been wonderful making the process as seamless as possible. They were super flexible with me as my move in date was changed! Truly it has been a great experience so far!
