We moved in a month ago. Smooth process. Alex is fantastic and made everything go perfectly. After moving in, the usual punch list. Tracy and his maintenance team were/are awesome. They attended to every need with precision, concern, empathy and great customer service. Made us feel like valued guests. We are going to love it here! So much improvement over our last downtown apartment!
Prestigious property. Upscale product. Safe parking with visible security. The Property Manager, Alex, is professional and really knows how to cater to tenant needs. Maintenance is knowledgeable and quick to respond. The integrity of the building is beautiful and well maintained. Little market store and restaurant in building makes it super convenient. Ideally situated to playhouse square, restaurants and sporting venues. Perfect location!
Loved my experience living at the Halle building! Alex, the leasing manager, was great to work with from initially viewing the apartment, all the way thru our whole time there. The security folks were great, very personable & kind. The maintenance team was also so kind, and quick to fix anything that popped up! We moved in last week after touring several properties both K&D and non-K&D, and we eventually decided on Halle for its location, layout, in-unit quality, walkability, amenities, and Alex! Alex is the the most friendly, hard-working, generous property manager you could ask for, and he made the leasing and move-in process very, very smooth. Looking forward to making many memories here for hopefully years to come.
My fiancée and I recently moved into the building and it has been such a wonderful experience! The manager, Alex, has been a wonderful resource and extremely kind. Very seldom do you find someone running the place who seems to know every tenant and consistently has a top priority of making sure you’re living experience is top-notch. Would definitely recommend this place to any friends we have in the area.
