Alex the Property Manager has been TOP NOTCH when it came to touring Halle and the entire move-in process. I just moved in so I have yet to meet the maintenance team, but I have only heard great things. The building is located right in the heart of Playhouse Square making it a very short walk to Progressive Field, Rocket Arena, and the Wolstein Center! Our leasing agent was awesome. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made moving into our new place way easier than we expected. He really took care of everything and made sure we were all set. Really appreciate Alex and Aaron, definitely recommend!
Living at the Halle Building has been fantastic. My move-in was seamless, the apartments are well designed and spacious, and the building is beautiful inside and out. The property manager and maintenance staff have been wonderful to work with.
I lived in the Halle Building for 2 years and can't say enough good things about it! Great units, central location, and the people who work for the building are the best. The building manager Alex is the best guy and has put together such an awesome staff. For example we would put in a maintenance request at 9 a.m. when we got to work and it would be done by the time we got home. Loved living here and can't recommend it enough!
We stayed in a rental room for an overnight and it was a fantastic experience. The host did a terrific job with explaining how to access the building entry code and room code. The room was incredibly spacious and very modern updates with excellent access to many downtown hot spots! Highly recommended!
