HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The property manger Jeff Weiss is extremely prejudice and rude. The building has a horrible pest infiltration. You can’t control your heat or ac!! Don’t live here or buy. The gym is never cleaned. The equipment is very old.
Great staff. Condos are cozy. Hate the heating/cooling (can't set your own temperature - only heat or AC, depending on which one is turned on by the complex). Good amenities. Maintenance is quick. Is close to the fire department so can get loud.
Stayed for two months under the banner Chicago Suits. Very good place and liked the view from there.
